SYNC Return Policy
Within 30 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your SYNC Products please let us know, as we will arrange and incur all expenses in the cost of return to one of SYNCs listed warehouses.
Within 21 days of receipt of the Products at one of our warehouses, your total payment for your Products to SYNC will be refunded to you via the method of payment made during checkout.
If you purchased via interest-free finance extra charges may apply by your supplier.
The following limitations are imposed on returns of Products:
(a) To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your SYNC Product you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in an email and to post the product back to our address.
(b) You must have been using your Product for at least 14 days before you can initiate the return.
(C) If you are a subscription customer and your recurring charge has gone through, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. We can however cancel your subscription so you won’t receive future charges.
Please note: our 30 day guarantee ONLY applies to your first order. We will process all refunds back to the original payment method, no exceptions.
